There is a lot of energy drinks out there and there seems new energy drinks our the market daily. So now the question is “What Is The Best Energy Drink“?

My decision on the Best Energy Drink is going to broken down into many factors. These factors are as follows:

  • If you truely get more energy from the drink?
  • Is it the Best Tasting Energy Drink?
  • Is it a healthy Energy Drink?

You see I believe that these are all factors. You see most Energy Drinks are loaded with mostly sugar and caffeine. And the propitiatory blend they promote really does not do much. This combination will briefly give you energy but most likely your energy will crash in a few hours. I will not even consider a drink like this as the Best Energy Drink.

Some of the greater and scrarier side effects include brain tumors, hallucinations and seizures. Again any energy drink that contains these ingredieants wil not be the best energy drink.

Just those too factors alone excluded 90% of the energy drinks on the market. I will list the other below just in case you still want them (do not understand why you would though).

More of the better tasting energy drinks may have been excluded already, but as I said before you do not want that in your body if you are at all concerned about your health. And the other energy drinks that did not have the bad stuff tasted like air. Something that I would not want to pay 2 dollars plus for. Although I did find 1 that made the mark. This was the only good tasting energy drink that I have found.

Do you find your self tired throughout the day?  Are you looking for all day energy.  Well, there are many things that you can throughout the day to get you more energy. Just by following these simple steps will be amazed how much more energy you will have.

1. Breath – There are specific breathing techniques that will help you produce instant energy. You will breathe in on a four count all inhaling with a slight pause between the counts. Each count will take about ½ of a second. You will exhale in the same fashion. During each count you will tap your thumb to one of your fingers. Move your thumb to another finger on each count. There are pressure points in your fingers. When the fingers are stimulated it will help produce more energy.

2. Movement – When you find yourself tired take notice of your posture. Are you smiling? Do you have good posture? Are you walking briskly or slowly? You are probably not doing any of these.
